Tara Ferguson Lee
Repertory Company
Born and raised in East Coast Canada, Tara has always had a flair for the dramatic, though her talents tended more towards writing the drama. She spent most of her childhood and teenage years in both community theatre and the local high school drama troupe. After high school she migrated towards the city and to the Toronto Film School where she majored in direction, production and screenwriting.
She married an Orange County native and followed him to California where her creative endeavors became entirely focused on writing. She has several screenplays in production but none have been optioned thus far. After divorcing she moved to Owensboro to be among friends and is excited to have joined the Merely Players soon after her arrival.
Her writing credits include publications in: Letters from the Soul, Writers Plus magazine as well as numerous online magazines. It has been said of Tara: She isnt a creative individual, she is creativity.
