Sitting in the
restaurant waiting for your date, he's late, do you leave or do you keep
waiting. Suddenly he rushes to your table with a 100 excuses. Oh we have all
experienced the "Adventures in Mating" some of us more recently than others.
Miranda is looking for a mate, and she is very serious about it. Application
in hand she waits for her date, don't we only wish it were that simple.
Jeffrey the scatter brained date shows up rushing in to the room with a
mouth full of excuses about why he is late, and the adventure begins.
Miranda and Jeffrey take us down the long trail of the dating adventures.
But wait, there is more to this play than you would expect, there is the
frustrated waiter driven to his wits end by this exasperating pair and the
audience gets to decide many of the decisions that this adventurous couple
will take. The audience participation makes the play all the more fun!
I loved this play, the characters and the story. If you get a chance, take
an hour and see this one, you will enjoy it.
