"Adventures in Mating" was an unusual comedy with lots of audience
interaction. So much in fact the play we saw will definitely not be the one
you see. Why? At critical points in the performance, the audience is asked
to vote. Depending on the outcome, the play moves in different directions.
The script by Joseph Scrimshaw gives actors Kevin Roach, Rachel Simmons and
Alan Velotta lots to work with, and multiple endings to the wacky date with
Jeff and Miranda
Wine: White or Red
Chug or Not
Slap or Kiss
And a relief performer for the waiter all lead up to an ending that could
only have occurred on Saturday. If you see it, I would love to know what
ending you saw.
