'Reefer Madness' auditions this weekend

Merely Players will be holding auditions tonight and Saturday for "Reefer
Madness: The Musical." Auditions are from 6 to 9 tonight and from 1 to 4
p.m. Saturday at Healing America.
Healing America is at Ninth and Allen streets.
Four men, four women and an ensemble are needed. Auditioners should be
prepared to sing a song from the show or bring their own sheet music. Piano
accompaniment will be provided.
The show is a highly stylized and satirical political commentary and
therefore may be inappropriate for younger performers and audiences,
according to a news release.
