Merely Players to
stage 'Vagina Monologues'

Merely Players, an Owensboro community theater troupe, is presenting "The
Vagina Monologues" this week. The performance is part of the international V-Day
movement and benefits New Beginnings, an Owensboro-based rape crisis group.
Ninety percent of the proceeds will go to New Beginnings.
The show opened Thursday night.
Performances are at 8 p.m. today and Saturday at the Unitarian-Universalist
Church, 1221 Cedar St. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students with IDs.
