Auditions start Friday

Merely Players is hosting auditions for its next play, "My Name is Tracy,"
from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday in the lobby of
Healing America, 102 W. Ninth St.
Merely Players is partnering with CASA of Ohio Valley to produce the play,
which is by Juergen K. Tossmann, to promote Child Abuse Awareness Month in
April.
A wide range of female and male roles for all ages are available. Kara
Rosenblatt is directing "My Name is Tracy." Auditioners can bring a headshot
and résumé, but those are optional, according to the Merely Players Web
site.
