Patrick "Woodie" Calhoun
Musician
Patrick "Woodie" Calhoun began playing bass at the age of twelve. In his 14+ years of playing, he has had many musical adventures. Some of which include: playing local clubs, being a credited songwriter, and laying down bass lines in numerous recordings.
Before
joining Merely Players' production of THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, his weekends
were spent playing with local band TUZDAY'S CHILD. He has also filled in for
many bands, made several recordings and is a credited songwriter.
Don't let his image fool
you ... although young, he still knows how to create a groove that keeps the
show rockin’ all night long. From funk to Motown, rock 'n' roll to soul, Patrick
has a vast amount of experience and precision.
