Ketie Green Repertory Company Katie is a sophomore at Hanover College where she is double-majoring in theatre and English. She began acting when she was seven years old with the Missoula Children’s Theatre and has been in over ten MCT productions. Katie participated in the Young Adult Theatre Academy for three years. She graduated from Owensboro High School in 2007 and is a Rose Curtain Player alumna. Past RCP productions include: Darlene in “The Diviners”, Ouiser in “Steel Magnolias”, Mary in “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” as well as directing the one-act play, “Square One.” She won two best supporting actress awards for her portrayal of Darlene and Ouiser. In 2007, Katie was asked to be in RCP’s company of “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” which was selected to be performed at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. Katie was a recipient of a theatre scholarship at Hanover College. She played Clara in Hanover College’s production of “Hay Fever.” Recently, Katie portrayed the femme fatale, Sandra in the student neo-noir film “The Soul” and Stephanie in local horror film, “All Hallow’s Eve.” Katie would love nothing more than to make an independent film career of breaking hearts and/or healing them back up again in less than two hours. Her most recent role was in the Merely Players production of “Sordid Lives” as Noleta. “Remember, remember, this is now, and now, and now. Live it, feel it, cling to it.
