Kara Rosenblatt
Repertory
Company
Kara, originally from the
really, really small town of Slaughters, Kentucky. She has been very involved in
theatre for 14 years not only acting, but also as:
stage manager, costuming, hair and make-up as well as professionally
directing the Royal Shakespearian version of A CHRISTMAS CAROL at the Glema Mahr
Center for the Arts in Madisonville, Kentucky.
Some of her acting credits include: The Baker's Wife
in INTO THE WOODS, Lily St. Regis in ANNIE, Ado Annie in OKLAHOMA, Nancy in OLIVER, Elizabeth in FRANKENSTEIN, and Belinda/Flavia in
NOISES OFF and Sissy in SORDID LIVES.
Theater has always been her passion regardless of where she does it, but since
joining Merely Players has had some of the best "theatrical" experiences of her
life. In her spare time she is a full-time mother and an avid painter.
