Darren is a conductor, musical director, vocal coach and pianist working at theatres around the country. He has collaborated with some of the top names in musical theatre, such as: Stephen Sondheim, Jerry Herman, Donna McKechnie, Jule Styne, Karen Ziemba, Rue McClanahan and John Kander, to name a few.

Based in New York City, Darren is on the faculty at New York University and is a graduate of the prestigious Eastman School of Music. His new book THE COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL AUDITION can now be found in local bookstores. Darren has presented numerous master classes and lectures around the country including: CCM, Webster University, Arizona State, American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Marymount College and NYU.
