Carroll Laswell
Guest Artist
Carroll Laswell is a native and lifelong resident of
Owensboro, Kentucky. She has retired after a long teaching career with the
Owensboro Public School system as an elementary and middle school teacher. She has
been active in local theatre since 1982. Carroll has performed in such well
known musicals as: THE MUSIC MAN, A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE
FORUM, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, SOUTH PACIFIC, MY FAIR LADY, HELLO DOLLY, MAME,
CAMELOT, GUYS AND DOLLS, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, INTO THE WOODS and THE SECRET
GARDEN. Some of her other favorite roles include: Lita Encore in RUTHLESS, Dr. Emmet
in THE CURIOUS SAVAGE, and Aunt Eve in THE MIRACLE WORKER.
